Book Review
This was truly an inspirational story. It tells of one woman’s strength and courage to overcome adversity. It’s hard to grow up being stereotyped and not being able to truly express who you are because of fear of retaliation. However, Gabriella shows that it can be done.
I thought that the way this book was written was very interesting. It was actually a set of interviews with Gabriella and a Dutch journalist named Mark.
Gabriella shared her true inner beauty with us. There were so many things that touched my heart.
In the introduction she has a section called Dare to Live. I have typed this out, printed it on a nice piece of stationary and hung it in my room to remind myself to Dare to Live.
I dare you to read this book. Because when you do, you will feel yourself realize that you can live life freer and do things you didn’t think you could do before.
