I have been playing with this for almost 2 weeks now. I have had tons of fun working out. I liked that the routine can be easily customized.
Plus there is a great online community that you can log into and talk with.
I like that it keeps track of your heart rate. This way I can see if I am working out at just the right rate. I don’t want to overtax my heart, but I also want to make sure that I elevate it enough to be beneficial.
It would have been nice if there were 2 arm bands instead of 1. I noticed that some of the other platforms had 2 arm bands. I am not sure if it was just not feasible on the Wii to be able to do it or what. It is just an observation though. It didn’t completely detract from my work out.
In conjunction with the Wakela’s World Disclosure Statement, I received a product in order to enable my review. No other compensation has been received. My statements are an honest account of my experience with the brand. The opinions stated here are mine alone.
