For the past decade or so, people have been talking about how Fung Shui has changed their lives. People use Fung Shui in their homes when arranging their furniture. People use it when decorating their office spaces.
Now there is a company that makes necklaces and dangles using the Fung Shui principles to help out in certain areas of your life. Talk to the Turtle is the artistry of Rena C. Campbell.
Now even though we have only been discussing Fung Shui for the last decade, this is a practice that dates back to ancient China.
The one that I received is the health dangle. According to a Fung Shui chart, health is located in the west section of the chart. Each section of the chart is called a bagua or pa ku. And each bagua has a unique function. It is said that if you place certain objects in each area, then you will have certain benefits.
The original legends states that a turtle is the one that delivered the message of Fung Shui to the Chinese people over 4000 years ago. So Rena Campbell has designed charms with a representation of that turtle in the different baguas to allow the wearer the benefits of those areas.
Since my dangle is for health, the turtle is in the western bagua.
The dangle is cute and can easily hook onto my purse strap or even belt loop. I got creative though. Since my computer desk is in the western side of the room and faces west, I decided to hang it up next to my computer. This way, I have a constant reminder that good health is within my reach.
In conjunction with the Wakela’s World Disclosure Statement, I received a product in order to enable my review. No other compensation has been received. My statements are an honest account of my experience with the brand. The opinions stated here are mine alone.
