Today I am starting on a new adventure. It’s more like an experiment though.
Lori over at Chronicles Of A Crazy Mom came up with this wonder.
Now this isn’t your regular calorie-counting, starving yourself, hating life type of diet that most of us have been on. You have probably heard over and over from all your skinny friends to “just watch what you eat”. Well, Lori has decided to start taking that literally.
Those of us who are going to participate in this are going to take photos of everything that we eat. So if I grab a handful of crackers, I will snap a picture. If I go back and grab another handful, then guess what, another photo. By seeing how much we eat and the types of foods we eat, we are hoping that it will help us to slowly change our eating habits for the better.
I already know I am off to a bad start. Like usual, I skipped breakfast. I know that this is bad because it leaves your metabolism sluggish. It is already 12:30pm and all I have had is water.
I know that I have a lot of weight to lose. I really need to get this weight off. My health is not doing good and part of it is due to the weight.
