Day 13: Goals
My goals have changed throughout my life time. At one point in my life, I had wanted to become a computer programmer. At another point in my life, I wanted to become a psychologist. Those are just career goals though.
Now my goals in life are to lose weight, get healthier, and become a happier person.
It used to be that my goals were centered around what I wanted to become in life as a career. I had thought that my chosen career would make me who I am.
I have since learned that no matter what your career, you are who you are because of how you act and react in situations.
I know that if I lose weight and work on getting my thyroid balanced, that I would be much healthier and can do much more. right now, I am limited in what I can do. It’s frustrating.
