I know this is late, but I just found out about a wonderful challenge. It is one to help you lose weight. Sometimes one of the things you need most is someone losing it right along side of you.
The people over at the Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans blog do just that. They are there for you cheering you on.
This is an 8-week challenge that started on Dec 29th and will run until February 23rd. Each week, they will be giving away prizes.
I know that I won’t be able to exercise much right now because I hurt my leg, but I can watch what I eat.
I will post a picture a little later. I am soooo not looking forward to that one.
And now for a part that I am really not happy with. My starting weight. Its not something that I really like. I weight 260 pounds. I want to weigh 140 pounds. That means I need to lose 120 pounds in total. However, since this is an 8 week challenge, I am going to shoot for 10 pounds. That is just a little over 1 pound a week.
