Well, things didn’t work out with Diego. No problem. I wasn’t with him long enough to get upset. Normally in the first few months that you are with someone you are in the impressing stage of the relationship. Everyone is on their best behavior to impress the other person. Well, Diego was constantly making promises, yet never following through. Perfect example would be with my car. He had come over on a Tuesday to look at it to see what was wrong. He told me that it was the battery and that he would get a battery and put it in for me. Well, he knew that I hadn’t gone grocery shopping since my car was broke down. He knew that I needed to go pick up medications for my mom. Instead, he waits until the last minute. In fact, he got upset since I had started calling other guys to come help me with my car. Well, he finally came over on Sunday afternoon at 3pm to fix my car. He got upset when he found out that I had a coworked come over on Saturday to fix the car for me.
I started noticing that he wasn’t returning phone calls. So this past Wednesday, I stopped calling him to see if he would call. Well, he hasn’t called. He came in to the office on Friday and apologized for not calling me. He said that he wanted to see me that night and would call me. He never called and I never bothered to call him. Plus he had promised to take me to the Renn Faire this past weekend. Well, that didn’t happen. Thankfully I went with Brenda, Ken & Edie.
At least I didn’t waste too much time out of my life with that loser. Just think, we hadn’t even been seeing each other a month. What would it be like after a year? No thank you! I don’t want to deal with that!!
